The amazing destiny of a chicken

or Maggie and Yves Beer chicken receipe

 

There are so many ways to prepare a chicken and our american friends are not running out of ideas ! while the bird Flu is stricking most of all European countries Maggie and Yves invited us to enjoy a wonderful tasty beer chicken.

Eventhough the receipe is unexpected to us, we could not miss it and had to share it with those curious enough and not even having preconceived ideas!

A good big ckicken will do but this one will not be put on a spit. oh No! This one will hold straight up as a I on top of the barbecue grill if you managed to find out the little device tha every american so fond of barbecue must have !

A beer can, the must have device to hold your chicken which is looking like the plate holder they use in a restaurant when you eat oysters, but in a little smaller, that's about all you need to start!

In the middle of the holder you place the beer can after emptying (not drinking!) a part of it that you are supposed to keep for later in the receipe!

 

In a dish you prepare spices, here paprika, brown sugar cane, salt and peper. You put a little quantity or this mix into the beer can. Any spices of your choices will do too.

This is where you have to use the beer you saved to complete the can... if you did not drink it all!!

On the support you have to put the ckicken. It's not an easy task but the chicken won't fight! for sure!

Then you have to practice an oil massage with your hand, probably to destress the chicken!

Once the massage over, it is time for make up! and your chicken will be done only when the whole chicken will be totally covered with your tasty specy mix.

The chicken so well adorn!, is ready for a sunbathing session, and with a thermometer in the chest it is ready to face the barbecue flame. Don't forget that here barbecue usualy have a cover so close the cover during cooking. No it is not for the bird to fly away!!! ah ! ah! ah!

We observe with a sceptically look the amazing destiny of a chicken oversea! May be we found out why the european chicken rather have the bird flue instead of ending on a barbecue with a beer can in the stomach!!

Nevertheless, frenchies ! this chicken was super tasty and delicious, not even dry!
